I like making sense of messy systems.

I'm Ola, a product designer working on complex enterprise products — from workflows and information architecture to detailed interfaces and design systems. I enjoy figuring out how things work, questioning what doesn't make sense, and making the complicated feel a little more human.

Good design is a conversation.
Real projects aren't always tidy. I work through ambiguity by asking questions, finding patterns, and collaborating closely with the people who understand the problem from different angles.
Make sense of the mess
I like untangling complex requirements, asking the uncomfortable-but-useful questions, and understanding how different parts of a system fit together before jumping into solutions.
Make it usable
UI is one of my favourite parts of the process. I love refining interactions and details — especially when they make a product clearer, more consistent, and easier to use.
Find a way forward, together
I work closely with developers and stakeholders, challenge assumptions when needed, and find practical alternatives when technical or business constraints change the plan.
A little about my background.
2021 — now
Product & Services Designer
Capgemini · Enterprise platforms, service experiences, and AI-assisted products.
2020
BEng in Teleinformatics
Silesian University of Technology. A technical foundation that comes in handy when collaborating with engineers and designing complex systems.
Before UX
English tutoring
Years spent teaching taught me to listen, adapt, and explain difficult ideas clearly — skills I still use in design.
What I work on
- Complex workflows & information architecture
- UI & interaction design
- Design systems & accessibility
- Research, discovery & workshops
- Prototyping & developer collaboration
I care about the big-picture logic just as much as the small interaction details.
When I'm not designing.
I'm probably reading a book, exploring old and slightly creepy places with questionable histories, or falling down yet another internet rabbit hole. I'm into true crime, city breaks, and pretty much everything pop culture — from movies and TV shows to whatever I've become obsessed with this week.
